Our sales promotions and in-store displays were limited due to industry norms and we had gotten into a rut. We proposed a brainstorming session in the hope of receiving different opinions and ideas from those who shop with us on a daily basis.

Team.m has been hosting brainstorming sessions for us for more than half a year now, and we find it very meaningful because our employees do not have opportunities to get direct feedback or receive advice from our customers.

We would like to continue our relationship with team.m not only to dispel the conventional ideas among our staff, but also to propose products which please our customers and to plan new events through these sessions.

Originally I thought that only someone with a background in IT could manage this work.   However, thanks to the well organized procedures and thorough explanations by the PM, we started to get translations within two months at a speed we had not anticipated.

We also received a lot of feedback and suggestions from the team such as, "Maybe this translation could be rephrased this way?" or "Some mistranslation was spotted in the dictionary for automatic translation," many of which were beyond the scope of our request.  Their professionalism and dedication towards the work have inspired us in many ways.
