A former system engineer was assigned as a PM to make an online program with training materials so that the staff could learn how to run an automatic translation system. The PM summarized system bugs and gave timely feedback to the client for improvement.

Originally I thought that only someone with a background in IT could manage this work.   However, thanks to the well organized procedures and thorough explanations by the PM, we started to get translations within two months at a speed we had not anticipated.


We also received a lot of feedback and suggestions from the team such as, "Maybe this translation could be rephrased this way?" or "Some mistranslation was spotted in the dictionary for automatic translation," many of which were beyond the scope of our request.  Their professionalism and dedication towards the work have inspired us in many ways.
