Having managed several companies including a construction company, I often come across the situation where highly skilled mothers are not able to find jobs to fully utilize their skills.

I believe that by creating an environment in which women could flexibly choose their own tasks and working hours, they would be able to play a more active role and our society would be much better off.

Hence I founded team.m with my co-founder, Ms. ODANI.

It is my great wish that team.m will contribute to the growth of our clients as well as making our society more inclusive and sustainable.
